A one of a kind salad made with fermented Iron Goddess tea leaves, napa cabbage, roasted peanuts, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, cilantro, fresh-sliced ginger, and green onion tossed in a lime and tahini dressing.   $12  (gf)(vegan)

Soba Noodle Soup

Soba noodles in a rich and spicy broth topped with pickled carrot, Chinese chives, Japanese kimchi, and a louts blossom fish cake. Spice optional.  $10 (gf)

Hiyayakko

Silken tofu topped with pickled ginger, bonito, and sliced scallion. Drizzled in ponzu.   $4  (gf)(vegan on request)

Tsukemono

A refreshing salad made of thinly sliced cabbage brined in salt, kombu, and chili.   $4  (gf)(vegan)

Kinpira

Sauteed carrot and burdock root drizzled in toasted sesame oil and sprinkled with tagaroshi and gomashio.   $4  (gf)(vegan)

Rosemary Chili Cake

A Chinese take on Italian olive oil cake made with rosemary and chili oil. Served with fresh ricotta cheese drizzled in honey.   $3  (vegetarian)

Szechuan-Style Popcorn
